About Us at Wavly
Most teams don’t treat employee advocacy as a system. And when they do, it’s often over-controlled and hard to sustain. Wavly was built to support participation in a way that’s structured, human, and designed for real teams.
Why we built Wavly
The problem
Employees were being asked to “advocate” in ways that felt awkward or forced. Most tools tried to manage behavior instead of helping people show up naturally.
Our belief
Advocacy works when people are trusted, not managed. It shouldn’t be copy-and-paste or performative. Real participation comes from giving people freedom to speak in their own voice, with structure that supports them instead of controlling them.
Our approach
We built Wavly to guide participation without scripting it. AI helps surface ideas and reduce friction, while individuals decide what to share and how to say it.
Whats different
Wavly turns employee advocacy participation into a system. Teams set direction, content, and themes, AI helps generate ideas and captions, and gamification makes participation more engaging so it compounds over time.
